Mark Orline S. Buena is the Managing Partner of Buena Victa Ladignon & Camarillo. He has been in active law practice since 2015, and the predecessor practice that grew into BVLC has been advising clients since 2017.
He counsels individuals and enterprises on civil, commercial, and criminal matters, with a particular focus on litigation and dispute resolution before the trial courts and on appeal.
Mark served as a College Professor of Law at De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (2015–2017) and at Lyceum of the Philippines University (2018–2020), where he helped prepare the next generation of Philippine lawyers.
His scholarship includes the published compilation “The Outbreak, Breakdowns and Break Throughs: Writ of Error Coram Nobis,” Bedan Law Review IX, p. 242.
